MOCHA is governed by a Board of Directors who set goals, monitor results, and work with the Executive Director to strengthen programs and services. MOCHA is very fortunate to be able to draw upon talented and dedicated individuals in two upstate NYS cities - Buffalo, NY & Rochester, NY.

Currently, the Board seeks comments from consumers, staff, and any interested individuals from which they may gain greater insight into the programs and services that our community needs.
