In an effort to enhance the quality of life among people of color in the Rochester Metropolitan area, our office continuously provides resource linkage, advocacy, support, education, monitoring & referral services. MOCHA Rochester provides a supportive and safe environment for the LGBTQ community of color and offers the following: Tuesdays: Youth Day (ages 13-24), 3-5 pm
